Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

ChinaTravelPlus provides private, customized tour services in China. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure.
  • We accept international bank transfer (SWIFT), Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
  • Itinerary design and initial consultation are free of charge.
  • Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate fluctuations may apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
  • 15—9 days before departure: 70% refund
  • 7—4 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

4. Modifications

Free itinerary modifications are available up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability. Changes within 7 days may incur additional charges based on supplier policies.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings. ChinaTravelPlus is not liable for losses due to unforeseen events including natural disasters, political instability, or health emergencies.

6. Liability

ChinaTravelPlus acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, transport, guides). While we carefully select all partners, we cannot be held liable for the actions or failures of third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

7. Visa & Entry

While we provide visa guidance and invitation letters, the granting of visas is at the sole discretion of Chinese consular authorities. ChinaTravelPlus cannot guarantee visa approval. Travellers are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements.
